Flenar Manufacturing started as a small machine shop in October of 2013. In the beginning, the shop was two VF-2 Haas Mills and some inspection equipment housed in a simple 30’x30’ pole building. Today, our operations take place in a 4,000 square foot building with even more machines. Flenar Manufacturing exceeds our competitors in two primary areas: capability and customization.
CNC Machining
Flenar Manufacturing specializes in precision CNC machining. Our success in this field is equally due to the extensive knowledge of our team as well as the unique machining equipment we use. We have experience machining tight tolerances (±.0005), as well as small components in various types and grades of materials.
Metrology
Flenar Manufacturing has a firm grasp on traditional and modern digital measurement techniques, and we utilize both to ensure adherence to dimensional tolerances during production and final inspection. Among our metrology services are comparator inspection, hard gauging, and CMM inspection.
